Salon Connection Limited is a strictly trade only wholesaler, it does not sell directly to the General Public. It does not deal with Consumer Sales. All sales are to the Trade only and by placing an order with Salon Connection you are confirming that you are qualified in the hairdressing or Beauty trade. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the hairdressing or beauty trade and are for sale on a trade only basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or miss-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status. Products for sale on this web site are not intended for the general public.
Salon connection reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on this site at any time. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for whatever reason. All prices are exclusive to VAT and delivery charges.
Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In-store offers may not always be available online, online offers may not always be available in-store. When a free or discounted product is issued as part of a special offer, this must be returned or full selling price paid if the qualifying product is returned as unwanted.
Payment in full is required to be made through this website prior to dispatch of goods by any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa (including Electron), MasterCard or Maestro through this website prior to dispatch of goods.
Salon Connection will strive to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability, this does not apply to furniture orders. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, or up to 14 weeks for special order items. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-dispatched parcels.
Orders must be received before 12 midday Monday to Friday, to be delivered via express delivery (2-3 days) this does not include furniture orders. Extra surcharge will be charge for special weekend delivery if requested. Express delivery only applies to non-furniture items that are in stock. This does not apply to items that are sent direct from our supplier, or large or heavy items e.g. furniture. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Express delivery is available to mainland UK only and usually takes 2-3 working days.
£7.95 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for next day delivery in most parts of the UK. Other areas will require a Special delivery charge and will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. 2-3 day standard delivery charge will be £4.95 plus VAT other areas will require a Special delivery charge and will be quoted on request. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Your online account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.
Ownership of goods
We will retain ownership of the goods you order until we receive full payment for the order including the applicable delivery charges. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction
Returning goods bought online at Salon Connection is no problem, all we ask is that they’re returned within 28 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention to return goods and whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund. Goods must be returned to the address shown at the bottom of this page (refunds cannot be processed in-store), please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return. We strongly recommend you use some form of recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods. The original delivery charge cannot be refunded. Furniture and equipment orders may be subject to additional conditions please see below for details.
Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products if the packaging has been opened; Scissors, Razors, Cosmetics, Hair brushes, Hair extensions, Body jewellery, Piercing tools & Foot Spas. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.

All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer's warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued. All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee
Furniture and equipment items
Most furniture and equipment items are built to order or custom built; these items are subject to the following additional terms of cancellation or return:
Furniture and equipment orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, we may in rare circumstances accept the cancellation or return of an order outside of this timescale however this is at our discretion and will be subject to a charge of up to 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge..

Faulty or wrongly delivered goods
We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received please inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery to: email@example.com. We’ll arrange a collection of the goods (at our cost) and send out replacements as soon as possible. If it is more convenient for you to send the goods back to us, let us know and send to the address at the bottom of this page (refunds cannot be processed in-store) using recorded delivery and we’ll reimburse you the cost of this.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Salon Connection. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of any part is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of any part of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Salon Connection will be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders, if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, act of god or failure to deliver by suppliers or couriers.
